Job Description

Job Title : Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
Reporting to : Account Head

 

Purpose Of The Position
The team member will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a group of sellers.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage multiple sellers across categories to deliver on monthly targets (revenue growth, improved traffic and customer delight)
- Drive seller relations through intentory planning, managing margins and assorment
- Plan and execute promotion activites in line with category/festive promotions
- Measure key metrics and maintain sales data and to optimize sales across sellers
- Resolve sellers queries
- Provides timely information on consumer insights and sale rates to sellers, to optimize sales growth
- Improve seller visibility on website through mailers, banners, web page design to improve sales
- Ensure that product descriptions and technical specifications are explained in simple customer centric language to attract customers
- Ensure Vendor SLAs are adhered with timely shipment to the customers

Qualifications and Experience
- Should have 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience in Retail/Ecommerce/FMCG industry
- Should have a Master degree (MBA/MFM from NIFT, FDDI,etc)
